Lilia Convit

Lilia is a Nutritionist and Dietitian, as well as ISAK level II Anthropometrist with a postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee. Her qualifications and experience both locally and overseas, allow her to have a broad understanding of athletes from different backgrounds. She has 10+ years of experience working with teams as well as individual athletes – with special focus in soccer and endurance sports. At the moment, she is also completing a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science. Lilia is available to support you with nutritional advice, sweat patch testing and body composition assessments.
